Neisha provided excellent service at the front desk and was exceptionally welcoming each time we saw her. The beds were very comfortable. The suite with 2 queen beds was spacious. The coffee and tea was always available and hot regardless of the time. The breakfast was good as well. The location was central to Niceville and convenient to Destin. The only thing lacking was an indoor hot tub for weary travelers that need a good soak. Overall, outstanding! I'd definitely stay again.
We stayed there for one night because of a flight that was departing from Destin-Fort Walton airport. Breakfast is very good
Very nice, clean, newer or renovated rooms. Front desk was as good as I ever find and the free breakfast was a breakfast instead of a roll. Breakfast taste good and was fresh.
Nice, clean, and good breakfast. We stayed here for 4 nights and a had a wonderful experience. Everything was up to par but we did have one issues with the tv’s leds messing up. Other then that, 10/10 experience.
This was quite an impressive three-star hotel. Clean sheets, very large soft towels, no mold in the caulk of the shower, complimentary water, well maintained. Everything in the room worked as it should. The staff was very friendly. It's obvious the cleaning staff takes pride in their work. I seems that the owner is willing to put money into the hotel to keep it maintained. The location feels safe.
Very clean hotel. We had a king suite with a nice sofa for relaxing to watch TV and eat without having to sit on the bed. TV was huge. Bathroom large and shower great with good water pressure. Bed was luxurious providing a great night sleep. Breakfast was awesome and the Pantry provided items for snacking or toiletries if you desired. Staff were so pleasant and professional. Would always stay here when in the area.
This is a great hotel. Let me they went above and beyond. We are currently in hotel and check out tomorrow. Yesterday when we got get on third floor the elevator stopped working. Kelly at front desk took her great customer service and did without asking. One our people is in a wheelchair and can’t walk. Kelly had us moved to first floor. Sent 3 male workers and they carried the gentleman in the wheelchair down 3 flights of stairs to the new room. Beyond amazing I work at a hotel myself and this hotel really has great respect from our family.
Great place to stay, with friendly staff and a very clean hotel. The staff is very personable, courteous and very easy to talk with.Rooms were very clean, comfortable well appointed. Bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows. The bathrooms actually have working fans, unlike so many other places that don't. Breakfast was very good, plenty of options, and the staff is accommodating to special diet needs. During my visit (20-22) Jan, the staff even cooked me an special omelette, no extra charge, most likely due to the fact that there was not a lot of folks eating that morning.
